Bread Baking
In Morocco, traditional bread holds a sacred place and is truly the heart of the cuisine. This experience offers a wonderful opportunity to dive into the world of Moroccan baking. You’ll learn to prepare two distinct types of bread and two varieties of traditional pastries, while also visiting a local ferran — the communal oven where neighbors gather to bake. Afterward, you’ll savor the delicious results of your efforts, accompanied by refreshing Moroccan mint tea, fresh butter, and homemade jam.
